QUALIFICATIONS OF ROY FENOFF

Roy Fenoff, PhD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Criminal Justice at the Citadel, where he teaches classes in ethics, forensic science, leadership, research methodology, and transnational crime. His research focuses on forgery and document fraud, forensic science policy, and food fraud and food protection. Furthermore, Roy is an expert in handwriting identifications and has more than 15 years of scientific training and research experience. 

EXPERT TESTIMONY

Roy has been court qualified as a handwriting and forensic document examination expert in both federal and state courts in the following states: Colorado, Michigan, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico and Wyoming.
